While the center provides a great service, the available times for appointments and meetings does not make it easy for a working person to attend regularly without changing their entire work schedule, which most people can't do. Even offering a couple evening classes or a weekend once a month could make a huge difference.
Out of all the programs that I have experienced, this was the first one that did a complete holistic approach of mind, body, and behaviors. I really liked having a team of professionals with me through the program helping me as I progressed. I also liked that weight loss was not the main focus since following the program you will lose the weight (Scientific fact).
