Quick and easy ultrasound. Photos are always lovely. Staff is friendly. Doctor is nice as well.
89 West Copeland office.. there is never a live person that answers the phone, so if you have anything wrong that they could help with without going to ER, forget it, I left a message over a month ago, still haven't received a call back. The voicemail is confusing it says choose #2 for ob, you get to the vm and it says it's a referral line only!! I've been on hold for over 10min now. The office is officially closed. I think they put me on hold, left me there and went home. Not happy.
I'm assuming that this must be a high stress place to work simply because of the tense atmosphere between the people who work here. I had switched from my Florida Hospital affiliated OB to this one because I had experienced this same issue before. I guess uninformed, overzealous, and cynical attitudes are just the norm in the healthcare industry
