Ben's 8-week group for parent loss helped me through one of the most difficult experiences of my life. I'm early on in my grief journey, and it was so helpful to speak with others at different points in theirs. The bonds created with the other participants were invaluable. This group has been an invaluable part of my healing journey. Grief is heavy, isolating, and all-consuming, but here, I found a space where my pain could simply exist without explanation or judgment. The sessions were not just about navigating loss but about rediscovering pieces of myself in the process. Benyamin was great, i can’t understand any of these other reviews saying negative things about him. I finished the 8 week group and I felt the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was zoom calls are a little awkward. when i started the class i was afraid i wasn’t grieving “properly”. i learned a lot and it gave me time to dedicate to my dad and the homework gave me a chance to be creative which i liked. it’s great to see the others in class light up when talking about their loved one. thanks Ben ❤️
