If you plan to use this practice for a wellness exam be sure you ask at your visit if what they are asking you to do is part of your preventative care. Do not assume that if another provider gave you more this practice will. For instance if they do a paper depression screen it will be billed as a diagnosis thus going into your deductible. If you discuss your blood pressure it will be billed as a diagnosis. If you have a follow up ask if it will be your regular co pay or billed as a diagnosis.
