Stephanie was 25 minutes late to my Republic appointment after she already re-scheduled it the day before..I literally waited outside on the metal bench..As I got in my car, she showed up. Then another 15 minutes of her putting stuff away. She had NO info on me even though I filled out the info when I booked apt. BTW the receptionist I spoke to, had me on speakerphone and I had to tell her I can hear other people in the background. No privecy!! She is VERY unorganized and I was so rushed..
