Ever since Elnour retired and Janet is trying too, this place has gone down hill rapidly, even Janet. Exactly what the two of them were concerned about. Called this afternoon to find out the quantity(amout), of a certain pill that I'm taking for kidney replacement. You know, it was like asking her for the price of eggs in China! Family Dr referred, after speaking with the ride, incompetent to set a appointment and her having no information decided not to risk it here. Getting new referral
If I could give a zero I would, or negative points. Doctor was very brief and no bedside manner. Office was empty and they have depressing decor or lack there of. They also refused to refill my medicine that I've been on for years. Don't bother going here. Especially if you value your health!!
Staff are nothing but friendly and helpful, and will get you any information that you need that you ask if them. Pandemic protocol is top notch and doctors really care about their patients (and the safety of their patients) and want what's best for them. This is a smaller facility that's a bit of a drive for me, but very much worth the care.
My father was at Holy Spirit hospital - turns out is was a disease from a tick bite that had him down. These kidney doctors saw my father at the hospital. They kept him in for over a week (after the infectious disease doctor's antibiotics cured him of the tick bite symptoms). The kidney doctors from this place continual change their diagnosis and options, eventually sending him home having done not test (save creatinine) with no meds, etc, implying all was fine.
