The staff does not want to get results of blood work. I had to do it and then I have to set up an appointment to be seen before I can get my shots. I have to go back again And I am in severe pain when you don’t have a car it makes it difficult.

Expect to be on hold 15 to 30 minutes to make or change an appointment through the obviously third party call center, which is clearly understaffed. The hold music is awful and the fidelity is even worse. It will stick in your head. Also, be aware that, although the sign in the lobby says "We are an Authorized Medical Marijuana Provider."
