Expect to be on hold 15 to 30 minutes to make or change an appointment through the obviously third party call center, which is clearly understaffed. The hold music is awful and the fidelity is even worse. It will stick in your head. Also, be aware that, although the sign in the lobby says "We are an Authorized Medical Marijuana Provider." No return call to reschedule appointment. You don't talk to someone they have a answering machine. I'm disappointed because, of my asthma I can make certain days. No call back after four days! I'm seeking another physician for pain management that care more for their patience.
