When I scheduled my appointment I was told 9:30. Show up today at 9:22, told my appointment was at 9 and turned away for being 7 mins late after the 15 minute grace period for being late. One other person in their lobby and really, on a morning like this with the weather and traffic?! Thanks for the fantastic customer service!
