Have been unhelpful and entirely rude over the phone. Dr. Olivia has been confrontational and rude at every turn. His staff are dismissive and take an inordinate amount of time for any paperwork request. Furthermore they have been combative and dismissive when working with Primary care doctors. The need for reviews of 0 stars is necessary for "physicians" like Dr. Olivia.
