They take way too long to get a bus pass for people. Most just give up because they never heard back from them. Months go by. When you call them, they say it’s not ready yet. There’s always some excuse… they don’t even sound as if they have any sense of urgency. Basically, they act like they don’t really care, and they have a flippant attitude about it. Wish there was somewhere else to get bus passes for disabled people.
They do a good job, but need to learn to put the client first.
I've been tring to return a call for weeks now , even called every day tring to speak to someone and also leaving voice messages time after time and has yet to talked or received a return call... smh
