My family and I have met with various counselors at this office over the past several years. They’ve all been professional, easy to work with, and helpful. They all seem to have different specialties and are good about making sure each individual has the type of support they need.
My wife had an appointment. She showed up and was asked by the receptionist to wait. The receptionist instructed her that if they went past the appointment time she could knock on the door. She waited past the time and then politely knocked. She was met by a very rude individual who belittled her and shut the door in her face. Incredible to have that kind of attitude when you are dealing with those looking for help. Disgusted!
Absolutely and highly suggest Center for Hope and Beth O'Brien specifically if you or your child need therapy or play therapy. Couldn't have been more lucky finding her on Psychology Today and having her be the perfect fit!
