ZERO stars. I first reached out to Center for Hope - Darien in 2021 after my brother died. I was told at that time that there were no grief counselors in Darien that accept Medicare. Fast forward to 2023, and the death of another family member. I received monthly update calls from Cheryl, who repeated time and again, that there are no counselors in Darien that accept Medicare. After contacting the organization A MONTH AGO, after the death of my mother, calling to check up, not being called back, finally getting medical records for them which weren't even suggested for two weeks, and TWO WEEKS after the medical records were input and reviewed (really?) got a call that they really couldn't help me. How very Darien of them. Their intake person is incompetent at best and put my health at risk by not responding to my pleas. Horrible, just horrible experience.
