It only take half - hour including the preparation. No skin contact just pictures. Learning more to be healthier with all the natural remedy. Got my new book by Christine & I’m excited with my new pure essential oils. Grapefruit & Pain arrest. This is the way of the further Holistic Health . Thermography 'As I call it mash downs' all the professional I talk to say they haven't had a mammogram in years. So now I can say the same 2 years and everything still looking good. Ladies ask about it
