Unlike most of the phlebotomists, the man who drew my blood last week called me Mr. Shumaker, not Robert. A small but important distinction of respect. He was friendly, quick, thorough and painless in his work. I hope I am lucky enough to draw him the next time I come in.
My doctor is very caring and thorough and not afraid of second opinions. Both a laboratory and my physicians office function in a very timely manner, are very clean, and most importantly very cordial.
