I decided to try the center for healthy living, after my physical therapy,and I'm glad I did,I work out with my trainer Layton,and he knows what he's doing, after every work out,im sore but always feel better,and doing all this, with him helps set a foundation,for me to get on my own fitness routine,after the three month timeframe,., everyone is always pleasant, professional,and the receptionist knows who you are by name,.at first it kinda freaked me out,.but theres a strong sense of personal interaction.,im glad i do it/did... read more
