Permit me to expresss my astonishment, delight, - not to mention satisfaction! - with The Center for Healthy Hearing (CHHNY) and Dr. Ike Iheagwara. Getting first the right, then the left, Widex hearing aid repaired was such a pleasant, informative and comforting experience, an experieince so different from the audiology center I had been to when making the initial purchase. Dr. Ike Iheagwara was incredibly thorough, patient and compassionate. I've always had slightly bad hearing, and came in hoping a simple earwax cleaning could fix it, but his expertise gave me a much more informed overview of my situation. I was treated with kindness and honesty, and sincerely appreciate the thoughtful care.
I saw Dr. Ike Iheagwara for the first time and he was fantastic - he listened to the issues I was having and made suggestions to improve my hearing that helped greatly
Dr Iheagwara is amazing. My left ear was almost blocked with wax and I was feeling uncomfortable. Dr Iheagwara picked up the phone, made an ad hoc appointment, and was able to quickly remove tons of wax from both of my ears. He also has state of the art equipment!! I had a great experience and received sound advice on how to take care of my ears going forward!!!
The experience I had was truly remarkable, A thoroughly professional, thoughtful appointment with helpful, insightful information, 180 degrees the opposite of my previous experience.
