My hearing aid charger kicked out during my short stay in NYC. Ike did an incredible job to find a charger so I could hear at my first Yankee game! Outstanding service and highly recommend his services! Above and beyond customer service!
Dr. Ike was incredibly knowledgeable and made the entire process super seamless. It was my first time visiting an audiologist and he took me through every step and made me feel very comfortable! Would absolutely recommend and will be returning should I have any ear concerns in the future.

Called earlier in the day and mentioned that not one ENT in the New Haven CT area could get me in until the month of May and today is April 8th. Permit me to expresss my astonishment, delight, - not to mention satisfaction! - with The Center for Healthy Hearing (CHHNY) and Dr. Ike Iheagwara. Getting first the right, then the left, Widex hearing aid repaired was such a pleasant, informative and comforting experience, an experieince so different from the audiology center I had been to when making the initial purchase. Dr. Ike Iheagwara was incredibly thorough, patient and compassionate. I've always had slightly bad hearing, and came in hoping a simple earwax cleaning could fix it, but his expertise gave me a much more informed overview of my situation. I was treated with kindness and honesty, and sincerely appreciate the thoughtful care.
