I had an IUD inserted by Dr. Shoman on July 25. At my follow-up appointment, an ultrasound showed that the IUD had moved and was sitting too low. Dr. Shoman pushed it back into position and told me it was fine and to return in four weeks. Fantastic experience with Dr. Shoman. He is very kind, professional, and able to explain things in a way that is easily understood. He caught a Stage 4 endometriosis diagnosis within the first visit by listening to my symptoms, and taking the proper avenues to do further research. I also really liked that he is the one who diagnosed as well as the physician who performed the actual removal procedure. His whole office staff is very welcoming and educated.
