I am writing a review because I came to this office for years under Dr. Heidi today. I drove over 30 minutes to get here and was told I could not be served because I was 10 minutes late. When the policy is 15 minutes late I was under 10 minutes late. They have only one elevator which I had to wait for and also the receptionist was on the phone for a few minutes, I was under the time but refused service. I will no longer be coming here.

My dad and I have become closer and I love it there. I feel like I can voice everything and actually be heard. I look forward to going now, which sounds strange but now o don’t have to keep everything inside. Thank you so much
We had the very unfortunate experience of sessions with a current therapist at this practice when the office was in Newark. My family member became much worse after meeting with her. Thankfully, they were able to articulate what was happening while meeting with this doctor. The experience of her aggressive behavior plus other unprofessional behavior left my family member feeling physically ill during and after meeting with her. The center was nice and clean, and the front desk was really pleasant. I enjoyed my service with Perlyn, she was very attentive to my needs and gave me a lot of good feedback. She was very nice and I will be seeing her again in the future.
