We had the very unfortunate experience of sessions with a current therapist at this practice when the office was in Newark. My family member became much worse after meeting with her. Thankfully, they were able to articulate what was happening while meeting with this doctor. The experience of her aggressive behavior plus other unprofessional behavior left my family member feeling physically ill during and after meeting with her. The center was nice and clean, and the front desk was really pleasant. I enjoyed my service with Perlyn, she was very attentive to my needs and gave me a lot of good feedback. She was very nice and I will be seeing her again in the future.
You have a 5.0 rating because you only have 1 review. Terrible terrible experience. I was judged and treated in a manner that was less than respectful. Spent a lot of money without any help from the Perlyn person. Took too many liberties with her assumptions about me and I’m pretty sure it had to do with her personal biases. I thought we were working that out but she continued to make value judgements that impeded any therapeutic rapport building or progress. I stayed too long hoping.
