I was there today for an alumni gathering they had and I want to tell you that I am simply amazed at what I witnessed. The place has this comfort and welcoming that any person could imagine. I saw smiles and I felt the happiness and love from every individual that I encountered. What a joy to be part of such a heart warming event. Every single worker should be very proud of themselves. I commend you all at every level.
Absolutely the BEST Mommy & Me program available in all of New Jersey. Private rooms & bathrooms for each mother & child(ren) with a small program bed count allow you to feel comfortable & "at home." Treatment for past traumas along with the Nurtured Heart Approach allow residents to truly get to the base root of their addiction/alcoholism. The parenting classes teach residents how to not only care for their children but to really understand them... All while children stay at the amazing, loving on site daycare. Thank you CGE Mrs. Peg, Mrs.Roseann and Mrs.Val I was there in 2000 I was pregnant for 6th baby my 16 yr old son if it wasn't for CGE I don't know where I be at today... Helped me and showed how to live life and without drugs helped me to keep my baby n get my other 5 children... Sober and clean and have all my 6 children by my side plus a blessing of having 6 grandchildren in my life... Thank you and may God bless you all...�
When i 1st got to cge i was destroyed emotionally n physically 3months prego n w 2 daughter in forster now 2yrs down the line im still holding down my sobriety have all 4 of my kids have my apt fixed my licence got my car n empooyed oo and cant forget im still in touch wit cge this oppertunity i had was life changing and i owe it all to the great staft that put up w my craziness i will forever be so thankful for cge xoxo
Living at the program help me a lot it help me become a better mom then I was before since I left I have two jobs got approved for independent living by myself and soon my kids and my drivers license thanks Cge you guys are the best couldn't learn from no where else but here you changed me into a better mother of two and one.on.the way
