The cardio classes that Kristy teaches are great!! She is an excellent coach, she goes above and beyond. The atmosphere is great and I’ve never been so consistent with the gym ever until now!
Friendly, non judgemental, inclusive atmosphere!
Very nice place but expensive. Everyone is friendly. Place is kept clean.
Enjoy going there when whether is too cold to walk track and ride exercise bikes. Personal are friendly and the facilities are kept very clean .
