I personally worked for this company for over 2 years and despite claims of owners being "racist" from another reviewer I worked here with every gender, race, and sexual preferred individual there is in the book and I can say with 100% certainty the owners are NOT racist and are wonderful and caring people. Owners are personally involved in care of residents and very kind to their employees. Thank you for your time but I cannot allow one person to make these people seem like evil racist just because she was not hired.
I spoke with the manager and supervisor over the phone before I applied. I was told they have a couple positions open. Alpna, the supervisor told me I could be hired within a week soon as I get all my paper work in. I have all my training certificates and even some that they did not need. Rachel the hiring manager seemed very nice. She interviewed me I filled out the application but got no copies of anything.
