I’ve had a crippling fear of needles my entire life. I tried toughing it out. It never got better. I heard about EMDR and thought it was worth a shot. It was very effective. I really wish I had done something sooner!
All my therapist wanted to do is give me anti depressants of which I’ve tried many times before & told her I couldn’t take them. Counseling was not a priority, giving me anti depressants was what she wanted to do & you can’t dare get a phone call or when you call it goes straight to voicemail.
I can’t say enough good things about what this group has done for me and my family. The counselors are always very supportive, patient and understanding. They truly want to help you and your family find the right balance for long term health and happiness.
Everyone there is super nice and helpful. The providers I’ve met and talked to are excellent and care about their patients.
