I honestly can't begin whare to start with this so called medical team they don't know what they are doing I don't know how the doctors are the nurses and business team passed there college exams 👀🤷🙏🙏🙏🤯😭😭😳
They don't answer the phone calls every phone call goes to voicemail. They don't return messages back within a 24 hour time period. They want you to cone15 minutes before your scheduled appointment and they don't bother to be on time themselves. Ive waited 2 hours before seeing anyone and was given attitude by the nurse. Her commet was i dont know why you people wear lotion knowing youll get a cat scan. I said I didnt know her response was well if you complain aout chest pain the what did you expect. Horrific experience! I had covid left several messages and they never contacted me back Then they called today because their system prompted it and I told them I was displeased and the young lady said ok and hung up!
Dont plan your day around an apt. Hour past and have seen at least 7 people walk in after me and get called back. Even had to reverify I was actually checked in correctly!?!?!
