Called 3 times about a script they kept telling me it would be done before they closed drove all the way from Parma for them to tell me I can’t have it for 2 days and because it’s a weekend I got screwed, This is the second time I’ve been hospitalized because I’ve had to go without my medication since I switched to this pharmacy, will be going back to my old pharmacy this place is a disgrace and needs to be shut down!
This pharmacy is worthless. They always take days to fill our script. My husband called to have one ready and they tell him they will get it started. Call back around 5pm, they say it’s almost done, we show up at 6 and they tell him he has to wait two more days! What a joke. Why not tell him that one of the first two times he called rather than waste a trip and all of that time waiting in line to find out!? We will be switching asap.
Very quick and nice workers
Good dr's and nurse they helpful an also really concerned about your health. I guess they should it is says health in the name. Quick an rite to the point. Recommend it.
