I agree to those who wanted to give negative stars/ratings. Rude receptionist or whoever works for telephone communications here. They'd immediately coldly say "NO" even if you have not finished your question yet.
Best medical staff in town!! 5 stars
There's a reason for the low ratings, the administration who makes the appointments are very rude and condescending. You would think that you would have better people skills or be more professional when getting into the Medical Field. I strongly suggest looking into your insurance network and finding another medical office.
Waited an hour after my scheduled appt to be seen and was told there was still a patient ahead of me. I understand appointments going later in the day might see delays, but waiting an hour should be unacceptable. I don’t know what needs to change, but I’m now without care and the soonest I can be rescheduled is over two months away.
Do not recommend this place at all my mom was going here and Dr. clemence sucks he did not have her be checked out and now she has serious health issues.
