Do not recommend this place at all my mom was going here and Dr. clemence sucks he did not have her be checked out and now she has serious health issues.
Dr. Crownover and the staff were great through my whole care journey.
I made my appointment a month in advance everything is going fine. When I arrived there 30 minutes earlier they told me my appt was cancelled. I want to reschedule my appointment but the front desk told me she can’t reschedule my appointment I have to call. A WHOLE MONTH IN ADVANCE AND THEY DID NOT TOLD ME OR SEND NOTICES.
Choose Any Other Option I made my appointment almost a month in advance everything is going fine leading up to it I recieved texts to confirm which I did. Less than 24 hours before my appointment I recieve a call saying they cannot take my insurance anymore.... A WHOLE MONTH IN ADVANCE AND THEY WAIT UNTIL THE DAY BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT AWFUL
