The staff is usually great, however at my last appointment I was on time (got there at 5:25 for a 5:30 appointment), but they wouldn't see me because I wasn't there 15 minutes early. So I was behind the walk-ins in priority even though I scheduled my appointment earlier and I had to reschedule. If I could just walk in and do what, I would have done that instead of being mislead about having a guaranteed spot.
