I wish I could do zero stars, but it doesn’t allow me. I was very well taken care of by Dr. Jorgenson and then this new doctor came along and doesn’t refill any of my medication’s that needs to be refilled in a timely fashion, I haven’t had my blood work done I don’t know how long I have an auto immune disease and for the last couple years I’ve been trying to get a wheelchair. It is really a hit or miss with this facility. To think I left Northwestern Medicine
Don’t go to this place it is the worst. Getting an appointment is always difficult and even worse getting them to do their job properly is impossible. I took my nine month old there for shots only to be told that they were unable to see me because the paperwork I brought previously was not stored properly and they can only see my signature ( which is a form of ID) but not the prior page. This is not the first time, last time I arrived 5 mins before my appointment because the time was tight for getting off of work. They refus... read more
Good staff but if you ever get an 8am appointment and they tell you to be there 15 minutes early. Don't. Because they will not let you in until 8 and you will be forced to wait outside for 15-20 minutes in the cold. So if your appointment is at 8 don't come before 8 unless you want to be stuck outside freezing
