I had a very positive experience at Cheng Plastic Surgery. I had a mullerectomy ptosis repair and a sub-brow lift procedure done about 7 weeks ago. Dr. Elbert Cheng and his team were professional and friendly right from the consultation to surgery and recovery. Dr. Cheng was very attentive and informative throughout my consultation. Over the past 12 years (may even be a little longer) I have seen Dr. Elbert for various concerns. Prior to engaging with a plastic surgeon I had talked to a few professionals. While all came with impressive credentials and glowing testimonials, I decided that Dr. Elbert is the most cautious, meticulous, diligent and extremely highly skilled surgeon. I am so happy with the results from my procedure by Dr. Elbert Cheng. He is so knowledgeable about what he does and is extremely detail oriented.. a perfectionist! All my concerns were thoroughly addressed. There were always consistent follow ups prior to the procedure and after. I had such a great experience with the whole team at the practice!
