I get appointment reminders the day before every appointment. You need to have a current phone number on file for appointment reminders. Just schedule in advance. They've closed some offices and are busy. I'm very happy with their services. They are a long drive so I'm glad they offer zoom appointments.
A coworker of mine has been trying to get in touch with this location about scheduling an appointment. They have not been answering calls or emails or anything. Have these offices closed?
They don’t send appointments reminders but hold you accountable for the $80+ for the no show fee. I kept asking for the email and text reminders and no one helped. All they do is a call reminder. I’m here for adhd and i can’t keep my life together but I have to remember an appointment with no reminder. I kept asking for the text reminder and it was turned off for some reason.
