They don’t send appointments reminders but hold you accountable for the $80+ for the no show fee. I kept asking for the email and text reminders and no one helped. All they do is a call reminder. I’m here for adhd and i can’t keep my life together but I have to remember an appointment with no reminder. I kept asking for the text reminder and it was turned off for some reason. Salisbury NC office all staff are amazing. Dr Sharon has helped me come such a very long way. Always very caring and always treats me with respect. Thank you so much Dr Sharon for all you do for your patients. Always grateful 🥰
I been with them for several years now. I really like my therapist she take her time to listen and I do my therapy online an I really like that! The con about this place they do not remind me about my appointments as much as they used too. Sometimes I may forget about my appointment and if you miss to many appointments they will discontinue service with you
