Negligent and unreliable scheduling. Unfortunately this is another mental health practice that is nothing more than an ATM for its owner. Dr. Stoudmire runs this practice like it got purchased by a soulless private equity group. They have cancelled numerous appointments on me with no notice or less than an hour’s notice. Nobody ever answers the phone. I had a virtual appointment at 8:45 and waited until 9 and nobody ever joined. Therefore I can’t get my medicine. And when I call, no one answers. So I’m just stuck suffering without my meds because nobody wants to answer the phone or join my SCHEDULED appointment. I emailed CEH Charlotte and have yet to get a response. I miss when Sharon was there.
For a mental health facility, it should be important that they answer their patients or call them back. Not only is that unprofessional, it is also dangerous. I have had the same issue multiple times with them not answering my call to schedule an appointment with my provider or simply never calling back despite me leaving a voicemail, it can go for days.
