Psychiatrists are a joke. They care more if you’re a drug addict than actually helping you. The whole scheduling and staff is trash. If you have a full time job and get called in you’re a no call no show and can’t see your therapist. This place has jerked me around mentally long enough. Please do not go here. There’s so many better places to ACTUALLY help you mentally.
The only problem is that they will not send appointment reminders anymore and will call without leaving a message. So you are left wandering if you had an appointment and you are going to be denied care for missing it. Doing this to patients with emotional anxiety is extremely irresponsible. Other than that I have always had a good experience. I have never had any problems getting my medication or spending long hours in the office. Usually it’s in and out. The PA and staff at the Salisbury location have always been great. But when it comes to Upper management that is a joke. They tell you to email the info@cehcharlotte.com for any issues and that’s what you do. Then you wait 7plus months for a refund that is rightfully owed to you. Then upper management doesn’t have the decency to respond to the numerous emails requesting a status update on your refund. But lo and behold if you don’t pay that copay at time of visit they treat you like your a thief, and trying to get free servi... read more
I've been going to this facility for about a month now. My current doctor is leaving from so she recommended CEH. They have been fantastic. They listen to your concerns and needs and do everything they can to get you what you need and they gave excellent communication.
