Be prepared to not get an appointment for a while (if at all). While I was being seen here I had a very good experience, but it sounds like the company is going downhill. My point of my review is to not talk bad about the company, but rather to help direct people in the direction to seek care elsewhere while this company sorts out whatever is going on.
CEH is a mess. I was charged a no-show fee for an appointment they never called to make. I had medications sent in incorrectly and not been able to get in touch with a real person. and to top it all off my provider left, they cancelled my last appointment with her and did not call me. the only reason i was there was for my provider. would NOT recommend.
Unfortunately I have not been able to see the same provider while under there care. Some of those providers are not as understanding about my problems and needs. However the virtual appointments are super convenient with my busy work schedule.
