This place is awful. The director Slowne Franklin is not honest at all. The two weeks we where there he lied to my face several times anywhere from insurance to saying there was a bed at a mental hospital waiting for my child.
I have been thrown under the bus. things have improved and I am getting the help I need.
Absolutely no integrity. Please go get help if you need it but not at this place.
3 and 1/2 years ago I had my intake appointment with the Bedford CEDM. Through one on one counseling, group sessions, and medical appointments i learned more about my eating disorder and how to cope when it reared it's ugly head. Thank you to the center for my recovery process. I will forever be grateful and would recommend (and have) the CEDM in Bedford, NH to anyone struggling with an eating disorder.
For the weeks after intake we saw a nurse three times and a counselor once. The next appointment we were told our daughter needed more aggressive treatment and we were handed a list of rehab programs and that was that. How can treatment be effective for someone who desperately needs it after one one therapy appointment? Awful experience.
