Don’t waste your time - this practice takes you for granted and doesn’t care about you! Front desk staff doesn’t know how to communicate with patients. Although I checked in 10 minutes late, I sat there waiting for another 25 mins with my young daughter without any communications and walked away because I was so frustrated they didn’t just give me an option to reschedule upon check in but rather they kept me waiting until I asked what the status was. August 15, 2022 and at least one other appointment I asked for help with a painful year long condition in my nose. I was told nothing was there and there was no treatment. This October 2023, I told my dermatologist about this. She took a culture, and gave me a prescription to treat it. It cleared up after a few days. Culture came back positive for staph. My question is, why didn't the ENT center find this and treat it??? The N is for NOSE, I thought!!!
