Amber, the new clinical program director, has done a great job of ensuring top notch patient care.
A disgrace and mediocre joke to call CFD a treatment facility. They claim to treat all ED’s, but it is VERY clear telling who their clients of real concern are. From my decline to stepping foot back in residential was less than one month, they gave up on me before I even had the chance to get back together. The anger I hold from this facility is like none other. This is great program, it is very helpful for people who are struggling. The staff is very nice and caring. It helps to be around people who relate and are supportive. You can connect with peers, and it can be fun sometimes.
Besides one amazing dietician, this treatment center needs significant change. The staff is inexperienced, the program structure disorganized, and there aren't boundaries placed where they need to be. During supported meals, patients have little accountability for completing meals and no one is challenged to participate in groups and sessions.
