HORRIBLE -- it is utterly impossible to reach a human at any of the five numbers I could find. Seven voice mails across three days for anyone to call back to get an appointment. After becoming a patient, still IMPOSSIBLE. The doctors don't matter after this much frustration

Been putting off getting in to see gastro for 2 years. Saw Dr. Desai for the first time. The team was attentive, thoroughly reviewed my medical history and got me in and out. The real star was the woman checking you out and scheduling your colonoscopy. She was so kind, patient, and wonderful as I’m rather young for this and helped alleviate all my concerns. I regret I didn’t catch her name but she is once of the best I’ve experienced in a specialists office with checking people out/scheduling follow ups. Thank you for making... read more
