Worst and rudest customer service, the front desk lady Samantha wasted my time. I was told I will be in and out and she kept arguing with me about paperwork I almost missed my doctors appointment afterwards. Save your time and go somewhere else.
RecommendedI was very apprehensive about being injected with the contrast solution but Leah was very reassuring, professional, and her overall demeanor was very trusting. She thoroughly every step, and it went so smoothly it was literally over before I knew it. My toes got a little warm very briefly but that was it. Zero side effects afterwards! She said she administered the solution slowly so that's probably why I hardly noticed it. Leah was fantastic!
The staff, equipment and very clean, BUT the overall building area IS NOT HANDICAP FRIENDLY at all! There is no handicap button to open the doors if you are alone with crutches, wheelchair or scooter. If you use the elevator to go to the Orthopedic Doctor's on the second floor, still no assistance if you need to get in the door if you're by yourself. Very frustrating.
The staff from check in time to my Tech "Danny" were professional yet compassionate. I arrived about an hour early, due to my first time going there from another city and there was a lot of construction on the highway so I wanted to be on time. They checked me in and within 5 minutes, Danny was ready for me. He explained everything that was done, made sure I was comfortable and checked on me through out the procedure. I even received a Thank you note.
