The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The technician was technically capable but she did cause me some embarrassment when she called out to me while I was in the reception room, "have you had a penile implant?" That is probably a violation of Hippa/privacy laws and at the very least was extremely embarrassing. I was 20 feet away from her as she was standing next to the receptionist when she uttered the very inappropriate question.
The receptionist was very cordial and efficient and helping me fill out my forms. I told her I was going to publish it as a novel! The person doing the CT was quite helpful as I was having trouble getting everything on and off.
Tech made me feel very comfortable explaining exactly what was going to happen. I like that the room has windows and is open and airy even though you are enclosed in the machine.
From the receptionist to the technician. Awesome experience. They explained everything step by step.
