Very disappointed. I asked specifically when my MRI report would be ready. My answer was to give them 48 hours. I had my exam Tuesday and I still do not have my report available. Going on 72 hours. I have ran into this issue before with this facility. I will find another facility that can be true to their word. If this facility is so overwhelmed with business as to where they cannot keep up then their load needs to be eased. Yes I am upset. Obviously getting an MRI is not fun. The atmosphere at RAYUS is very calming. Everyone was so nice and friendly. They kept the cool relaxed attitude while still maintaining a high level of professionalism. Thank you for a job very well done!
Tries the open sided mri and it the way to go. I had to drive 40 minutes to get to this location but I’m so glad I did. Staff was super friendly and quick and I was out within 20 minutes.
