Terrible patient experience. Expensive diagnostic testing ordered by Dr Cohn, but never used in my treatment plan. I was in horrible pain for longer period of time until I saw another doctor that immediately diagnosed my problem. Now completely disabled and out of work whereas before I was only partially disabled and was able to work full time.
