The office staff was always very nice but when I called about a concern I had I was told they would call me back. I called 2x about my issue and was told they would get back to me. It has been over 1 week and still no response. I can only assume my concern was not important to them. I will not go back.
While the doctors and nurse practitioners are personable and helpful, the fact that you cannot get an appointment with any of the doctor for A FULL YEAR and with any nurse practitioner for 6 MONTHS is ridiculous.
