I was a patient when this was Koala. They were amazing. The people that took over NOT AT ALL. My sleep appliance broke and needed to be repaired. They absolutely refused to help in anyway. Their option was to make me wait 20 days of horrible sleep, so they could start the whole process over and bleed me for the full cost of a new appliance and cost of visits. The care that I received in Dr. Jariwala’s office was outstanding. She is very thorough in her exam and her explanations and takes the time to answer all questions. She is honest and straight forward about charges, fees and insurance coverage. I had the CT scan of my jaw and am very glad I did. Not only did it show why I was having pain and trouble chewing but it also showed another medical issue that I have. The staff in her office are also professional and kind. Dr. Jariwala is amazing. I received treatment for sleep apnea and TMJ. She is very professional and thorough. I highly recommend her.
Everyone from reception to the Doctor was professional and delightful to interact with. I look forward to see them again.

Lots people needing help like me do not "have a record" with your corporate office. $200 for a consultation alone keeps most people away.
