Dr. Jariwala and her staff are great. I've been seeing Dr.J. for a few years with excellent service. I had a dental bridge implant recently and she and her staff took care of all paperwork for me to receive a new oral device. I was a patient when this was Koala. They were amazing. The people that took over NOT AT ALL. My sleep appliance broke and needed to be repaired. They absolutely refused to help in anyway. Their option was to make me wait 20 days of horrible sleep, so they could start the whole process over and bleed me for the full cost of a new appliance and cost of visits. They claimed because they were a different and not Koala yet had the same people working in the back. Typical shady dentist practices “max cost” and least patient care.... read more

The care that I received in Dr. Jariwala’s office was outstanding. She is very thorough in her exam and her explanations and takes the time to answer all questions. She is honest and straight forward about charges, fees and insurance coverage. I had the CT scan of my jaw and am very glad I did. Not only did it show why I was having pain and trouble chewing but it also showed another medical issue that I have. The staff in her office are also professional and kind.
