I asked for records for my son's therapy and they immediately discontinued services. Extremely disappointing. UPDATE since they responded. I specifically came to this therapist on the recommendation of our pediatrician. This office knew during intake what the situation was. I never asked them to testify in court in or write any statements for court, I asked for records of my son's care. Was billed over twice as much for a session when my insurance card clearly states a set deductible. I want To return, but won’t until this is cleared up and I’m properly charged.
Very easy process, Kristy our counselor is very attentive and gives great input.
Was happy to quickly find someone that saw and understood what I was saying and could help me see and understand a lot of what I was missing. Looking forward to continuing the work.
My 4-year-old son goes to CCFAM. We have not been here for very long, but so far it has been a great experience. He enjoys coming and is excited for his therapy session with Virginia.
