CCFAM is a great resource for the community! I am so glad they are here. They are professional, kind and willing to go above and beyond when needed. So thankful for them and all they do.
The counselors my child and I saw were great. The policies regarding missed appointments are understandable, however, I showed up to my last appointment with my three year old and was TURNED AWAY. It was basically going to be a farewell session (since my therapist knew I was moving out of state). I then got billed their $100 no-show fee, which I then disputed after speaking to the manager and receiving no favorable resolution.
