I’ve tried to reach out for assistance or a referral for over two years now, both via email and phone. They seem to be non responsive.

Impossible to reach. Their phone number isn't connected, there are no email addresses, their website is useless. If I didn't spend an hour and a half sitting in their lobby waiting for someone, I wouldn't have been able to speak to a therapist directly and find out that they know all this information, they just don't care. This is the standard of mental healthcare in Omaha.
Great counselors. Office is located in a house so it gives the atmosphere a more calming effect.
