Interesting remarks by Darlene above (first review.) I agree. It’s unclear to me what this organization does, and what is their involvement in Clarion County’s Department of Human Services? Are they one and the same? Is there a contract in place for certain services? All I know is when I needed to talk to Clarion County Human Services, this was the organization who returned my call.
