I went to see Dr. Klipfel 6/30/2025 I believe it was Stacy I saw. She was amazing. I love everyone in that office. Most of all I will NEVER go to another Doctor. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for having.a wonderful staff from receptionist to Doctor!!

It's almost impossible to get an appointment, even as an existing patient. Twice, THEY have canceled on me, then left it up to me to reschedule, requiring me to start the whole process all over again from scratch, getting a new PCP and insurance referral. It's VERY frustrating.
Yes, you will sometimes have to wit past your appointment time, and you will often spend a long time on hold waiting for them to pick up. It got to the point where I swear I could hear the hold music in my sleep! That’s where the negatives end. Dr. Klipfel did surgery on me in January, it went perfectly, and almost a year later it’s as though it never happened. Several months after I had major GI pain(unrelated to the surgery I would find out), and the NP Megan had set up for me to do a stat CT the same day. She probably sav... read more
