I had an appointment that I set for my daughter with the receptionist Holy. The day before the appointment, I called to ask about my daughter seeing the doctor. Holly informed me that my daughter didn't have an appointment and that she had been discharged. I was then told she'd have to start the process over and be on a wait list. When I asked if they had a place they referred patients to if the wait list was too long, the receptionist was very short with an "I don't know" answer.
