The therapist met my son twice, casually threw out a diagnosis and told me the testing I had paid over $1000 for somewhere else was essentially a joke. We never returned.
They are doing an amazing job with my son. The staff is super friendly and very welcoming.
I want to start off by saying the couple of therapists who worked with my son (speech & OT) were so kind, considerate & helpful. He really liked them right off the bat and felt comfortable.. unfortunately we were having some issues with insurance and had a balance of $200 that my husband already made arrangements to pay in the office.. after being pretty embarrassed about it in person.. We took our infant son here for physical therapy services. We worked with Katie and had a great experience! I was unable to attend a majority of his sessions due to my work schedule, so my mom ended up brining him to most appointments. Katie was excellent at communicating with me by writing out detailed notes and handouts for me to see what they worked on and what we could continue to work on at home.
