Today was my wife’s first and last appointment there. She was scheduled to see Katie Pruitt, and as this was her first time seeing a psychiatrist she asked me to join. She immediately felt uncomfortable because one side of the office had a rock station blaring through a speaker (Evanescence, Billy Joel, etc.) and the other side had different music playing. TOXIC, underpaid, underappreciated and punitive environment. I worked here for under a year. Here is a previous employee's honest review. Toxic clinical director. She runs all staff in fear for their jobs. Your job not secure. She separates staff. She fosters an extremely toxic work environment. Little to no communication with staff in 4 offices, in 4 different cities. Constant changes not told to staff, but you are supposed to know about it anyway. After completing THEIR consent form to release our medical information to another office, they have refused. Even after our doctor's office called them to remind them of the law, they still will not release our medical records as REQUIRED BY LAW. They must be mad at us for leaving them, but, hey, they told us from the start that Medicare would pay and then months later gave us a bill for hundreds of dollars. These people are preventing us from getting therapy and jeopardizing our lives.
