The staff was nice and friendly, but I just didn't feel confident in my visit. I arrived early for my appointment so I waited a little bit (but that was my fault.) However during my appointment for my mammo & ultrasound, I spent way more time waiting than actually having the testing done. I understand there are other patients, but I was waiting in the room with the technician to get MY file ready. At which point I was told they didn't have any of the films from my previous place. I felt very comfortable with Sue. She's professional, informative and compassionate. I had an extremely positive experience.
I was made to feel comfortable and at ease by staff. Getting a mammogram can be challenging mentally and physically, but quickly felt at ease from reception to actual treatment. Will be back next year!
The staff are very friendly and professional. The office itself is inviting and very clean.
