Everything about Crozer women's health is just a joke. But being 29 with masses on your ovaries and breast should be prioritized instead I was mocked and refused certain treatment options because I didn't want to take the medications they originally offered first which have since been pulled off the shelves. Registration staff is rude. Would not recommend. Was ordered to leave the waiting room because it wasn't "open" yet. Showed up at 6:45 am, as directed, for 7:00 am appt and did not see a healthcare professional until 7:20 am. Go somewhere else. This staff doesn't want to deal with you.

My experience with the Center for Breast Health has been nothing but positive. In July 2022 I found a lump on my right side. I called many, many places to schedule a mammogram. All told me I would have a 2-3 month wait. Here, they listened to me and made me an appointment with the PA, Elizabeth Peoples. She also felt the lump, scheduled me for a mammogram for a couple of weeks later. Mammogram and ultrasound resulted in a biopsy that came back positive for DCIS, early breast cancer. Center for breast health- DISGUSTING The people that work there are incompetent and RUDE. I had to wait a week and call 4 times over 2 days to get the results of an mri to rule out the possibility of breast cancer. The women who cared for me during my experience were garbage. They spoke over me, did not examine me properly causing me to have to come back multiple times, hung up on me, and do not know how to treat people. I sincerely hope you do not seek care here.
