(The google maps directions brought me to the wrong building! Double check before you drive) Everyone here is so kind and helpful. I had a scare and was really impressed by the beside manner of the doctor—she was calm and reassuring. The tech was wonderful as well. Additionally, I was nervous about billing because the procedure was over $10k but everything was handled perfectly with no snags from the billing department.
Recently I’ve had a questionable experience at this sector of Memorial Health University Physicians. Came in for a doctor referred breast ultrasound. Was brought into an office like setting prior to my appointment was asked to pay $500 for the appointment upfront. The woman handling my appointment had absolutely no bedside manner. Very condescending and nasty.
