The Doctors might be great but the office is run like a carnival. Sadly, I just waited 7 months to find out how bad the practice is run. Unusual for Brown Medicine so I am blaming the doctors. To the Doctors of this practice- This is YOUR business. The billing and scheduling in your business is atrocious. The 7 months involved numerous billing issues and a failure to deliver a non medically required procedure that was booked in January. I cannot say enough about these amazing wonderful staff. I had Doctor Charu Taneja as my surgeon. There isn't enough words to express what a compassionate is till you meet her. I was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer. I was referred to these ladies. And I got Dr.Taneja. I was frightened out of my mind . She makes you comfortable discussing your treatment step by step.
