This is my first experience with this group. I have to say that the entire experience was extraordinary! Despite a brief delay the day of surgery, my care was excellent. Dr Rachel Beard did a wonderful job explaining the robotic assisted surgery. The entire Brown surgical team that I interacted with were pleasant and seemed to always attended to my needs in a timely way.My recovery time was exceptional short and at the 3 week point of recovery I feel great!
Dr Meena, DVT doctor and his staff is top notch. Thorough, kind, patient and professional all wrapped up in one package. His staff all are pleasant and helpful - which says a lot about their supervisors. Thx to you all for making this journey of mine more tolerable.
My experience with Dr. Wiggins has been amazing. She is kind, compassionate and thorough. Is hard to find empathetic providers nowadays but she has gone above and beyond. Her assistant, Carol is extremely kind and helpful. I am so greatful for their care and support during challenging times. Thank you!
Doctor Mazzaglia and his team did a great job. My only complaint would be the secretarial staff who did not help with TDI process at all. They said they did not get my paperwork, but it looked like a bomb exploded in their office.
Always prompt, never rushed. All the staff are kind & caring!
