I had an unsettling experience during my first appointment with Dr Dana Desser. He entered the consultation room coughing and proceed to mention that he’d had this cough for three months and cannot get rid of it. He even brought up his kids getting sick often, which made me question his interest in providing care. Instead of addressing my concerns he quickly referred me to other providers. Dr. Panchal did a shoulder replacement and it was perfect. He was also very nice top speak with. His nurses are fine but his other office staff is terrible. When you call his office number you get a recording which can last for a long time. Then you get connected to a call center which isn't in his office. After playing 20 questions with the call center, you're told you have to speak to Jody to make an appointment. Since she doesn't answer her phone, I leave several messages. She doesn't call back.
